To avail cashless facility for your patients hospitalisation care, your health insurance agents TPA must be empanelled with the Medanta the Medicity Hospital Gurgaon. If your TPA is not empanelled with the hospital then  you need to pay the bill from your pocket and then you can claim from your health insurer.

Word of caution - There are only one cash counter for the entire 1500 bed hospital. So be prepared to stand in queue for sometime.

Medanta - The Medicity Gurgaon Food and Canteen Facility

Cafeteria and Costa Coffee corners are available at the ground floor of the Medanta - The Medicity Hospital. Outside food is not allowed inside the Patient rooms.

Free Drinking water is available for the visitors.

Visitors can bring their home cooked food and can eat the cafeteria at the ground floor. Medanta - The Medicity Cafeteria food not highly priced. A plate of samosa will cost Rs. 20/- plus taxes. Veg and non-veg thalis are also available. Mineral water is sold at printed price.

Coffee lovers can have a cup of coffee from Costa Coffee corner in the cafeteria.

There are no good restaurants or dhabas nearby where you can eat good food near the hospital. So be prepared to take food from cafeteria or bring your own home cooked food.

Yes, Parking facilities are available at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital. The charges for upto 4 hours parking is Rs. 20/-.

Passes for multi entry and weekly parking are also available.

How to Reach Medanta - The Medicity Hospital Gurgaon

Medanta - The Medicity Hospital is located near Rajiv Chowk in Gurgaon. If you are coming from IFFCO Chowk towards Jaipur on NH 8, you need to take Exit 10 on left side. After Exit 10, you will see the first left turn towards sector 38. On that road the hospital is situated within one kilometer on the right side of the road.

There are shared auto available from Iffco Chowk to Rajiv Chowk (cost Rs. 5/-).
