To avail cashless facility for your patients hospitalisation care, your health insurance agents TPA must be empanelled with the Medanta the Medicity Hospital Gurgaon. If your TPA is not empanelled with the hospital then  you need to pay the bill from your pocket and then you can claim from your health insurer.

Cashless facilities are available for number of TPAs. But not all TPAs are empanelled with Medanta - The Medicity Hospital Gurgaon. So make sure to ask the TPA desk before you decide to admit the patient at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital Gurgaon. If your health insurance provider's TPA is not empanelled then you need to pay the Admission amount in either CASH or by a demand draft in the name of "Global Health Private Limited."

Word of caution - There are only one cash counter for the entire 1500 bed hospital. So be prepared to stand in queue for sometime.
